Q: How do I become an Insider Loyalty Club Member?
A: Visit GrillConcepts.com and fill out your information. You’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm. Once you confirm your sign-up, your membership will be activated.
Q: How do I earn Insider Loyalty Club reward points when I dine?
A: Give your server your email address or phone number & they will check you in and you’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend on food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Q: Where can I get an itemized copy of my receipt?
A: Please submit a Receipt Request here Please include your name, the location you dined at, the last 4 digits on the card used, and the date you dined.

Q: Where can I get a donation for a charity event?
A: Please submit a Donation Request here. Please allow 60 days for processing.

Q: I purchased a gift card online, how long will it take for the card to arrive?
A: Our gift cards are mailed via USPS, unless otherwise requested. USPS states that mail can take anywhere from 10-14 days to arrive. If you need the card urgently, try one of our E-gift Cards.

Q: I was a Preferred Guest and I haven’t received my annual Birthday/Anniversary card?
A: Our Preferred Guest program is now the Insider Loyalty Club. Members earn reward points every time they visit and dine. Rewards can be used at any Grill Concepts Restaurant Collection location. Birthday offers are sent via email the first day of a member’s birthday month. In an effort to reward members more and in a more equitable system, Anniversary offers have been retired from this program.
